Mr. El Sayed Abdalla

Our Managing Partner Mr. Sayed is holding a Bachelor of Law “LLB” from the Alexandria University- Egypt. He has an extensive legal experience gained over 22 years of practicing the law in two jurisdictions, in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. He is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association since year 1997. He has the right of audience before the Egyptian cassation court. His main areas of practice are Real Estate, Construction, Intellectual Property and Civil and Commercial Dispute Resolution in addition to his exceptional experience in commercial negotiations skills. He has been working in different diversified local law firms as well as local and multinationals corporates in the UAE as of 2001.
Our Senior Partner Mr. Mohamed is holding a Bachelor of Law “LLB” from Alexandria University- Egypt. He is a senior in-house lawyer with extensive corporate and commercial background. He considers himself as a business enabler than being just a lawyer. He has demonstrated exceptional attitude to be a business partner to any corporate he has worked for. He is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association since year 2003. He has the right of audience before the Egyptian appeal courts. His main areas of practice are Real Estate, Leasing, Corporate, Employment and Commercial. He has been working in different multinational and government affiliated corporates in the UAE for the last 13 years in the capacity of in-house lawyer.

Our Expert Mr. Emad is holding a Bachelor of Commerce “BA” from the Alexandria University- Egypt. He has an extensive finance experience gained over 22 years of practicing accounting and auditing in two jurisdictions, in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. His main areas of practice are ; Preparations of balance sheets, financial statements& final accounts , Preparation of estimated government budgets and future financial plans , Closure of daily accounts and preparation of the monthly reviews , Inventory, receiving and evaluation of fixed assets ATS software , he is a Certified Professional Internal Auditor CPIA , Financial and legal expert FLEER and holding a Professional Certificate in Taxation.He is an Arabic and English speaker.
